• University of Gothenburg is responsible for managing the personal information.
• The purpose of the survey is to prepare the C2B2 first hackathon 22 September – 12 October 2025.
• The legal ground is consent by the Respondent.
• The information managed is Respondent's
  
  • name,
  • email,
  • organisation (e.g. company, agency, or university),
  • competence (e.g., marine biology, programming, remote sensing),

and whether the Respondent

• • is living in a EU/EES country
  • is looking for a team to join or already is in a team, and in the latter case the name of that team. 

• The information will be shared within the C2B2 consortium. 
• No information will be shared outside of EU/EES.
• According to GDPR the Respondent have these rights: register extract, deletion, rectification, data portability, limitation and objection.
• The information will be kept for the duration of the C2B2 programme.
• The University of Gothenburg has a data protection ombudsman, who can be contacted by email: dataskyddsombud@gu.se
• Respondent may complain about the University's management to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
