Welcome to this survey about searching on AO3!

This survey is being conducted as part of a master’s thesis project in library and information science at the University of Borås in Sweden. The aim of the project is to look into people’s experiences when searching for fanworks on AO3 (Archive of Our Own) and what things might influence those experiences. If you’ve ever used AO3 to find fanworks, you’re welcome to take part.

 

The survey contains about 20 questions split into 3 sections and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It will be available until the 19th of March or until enough people have responded.

 

You will not be asked for any personal or identifying information during this survey. I would recommend that you avoid sharing anything too personal in the free text fields, as well.
